With 39 years of experience, Chef Augusto Salas leads the kitchen at ORIGEN with a proposal that fuses techniques from different cultures while preserving respect for the origin of each ingredient. His passion isn’t about following trends, but about feeding people well: creating dishes that stir emotion, connect with tradition, and surprise with innovative touches.
